Order Processing:
Almost all orders are processed and sent the same day whenever possible, and
normally no later than 24-48 hours. If we expect any delays we will contact you with details.
Software Compatibility/Support:
When placing an order for any Linux / BSD (or similar) CD-R/DVD-R distributions from us, please note that there are certain things you need to be aware of (i.e. hardware requirements, compatibility, software support, etc.) prior to ordering. Therefore, please ensure that you read our FAQs page for details.
Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard,
Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express and PayPal (all major credit
& debit cards, direct PayPal payment and PayPal eCheques). Credit/debit card payments are processed securely by
PayPal, no PayPal
account needed. Postal Cost:
A £1.00 post & packing charge is applied to all
orders for delivery within the United Kingdom, and a post and packing
charge of £1.75 for delivery outside of the United Kingdom. Delivery:
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery
within the UK (1-2 day delivery), and Airmail for delivery outside of the
UK (please allow 3-7 days for Airmail delivery).
