GParted Partition Editor
GParted is the official GNOME Hard Drive Partition Editor. GParted is
provided as a Live CD allowing you to boot from the CD and carry out
tasks on internal and external drives, such as create, delete, copy,
move, resize and format drive partitions. GParted (or a similar program)
may be included with Linux distros, otherwise it is available from us as
a Live CD. GParted isn't just for Linux partitions, but any filesystem,
and will format the whole range including FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, HFS, HFS+,
ext2, ext3, linux-swap, etc.
Why spend out and use programs such as
Partition Magic when you can use GParted at a fraction of the price! More information can be found at
